DONATION WISH LIST
Thank you for considering a donation of items to Wags 2 Wishes Animal Rescue Resale. While we are very eager to get started, we realize this is a process we must slowly get our feet wet and see what works best for our location, volunteers, and space allotted.
Therefore, there are items that we will not be accepting at the start until further discussion and a better sense of the space is understood.
All donation drop – offs must be pre-arranged while there is staff/volunteers on hand to accept your donation. The people who own our building WILL NOT ALLOW us to have items being left at the door or in the parking lot. Doing so will be considered “dumping” and subject to fines. Our parking lot is monitored by surveillance so please, please please do not drop off unless pre-arranged with our team.
While we know beggars can’t be choosers, we do need to stress that 98% of our organization is ran by woman with lives, families, jobs etc. we donate so much of our time to Wags already but we are in no way setup to repair the broken or re-do furniture etc. Therefore, we ask that ALL donations be of quality gently used items that are not in need of repair, that are not broken, stained and most importantly “free of bugs”.
We are not setup to “pick-up” as much as we’d love to take all the free goodies on FB Marketplace, we are limited on resources, muscle and transportation to do so. All donations will need to be dropped off at our Plainfield location.

ALL Furniture Drop-Offs MUST be Pre-Arranged with an Approval Email, Date and Time for Drop-Off. Keep in mind that we do not accept laminate furniture, stained, broken, needs repair etc.. We pride ourselves on being an "upscale resale" with quality items available for purchase. These items will be turned away if you bring to drop-off. Therefore we DO REQUIRE photos of furniture donations prior to approval. You can email w2wresaleshop@gmail.com with photos and to request drop-off.

Wags 2 Wishes Rescue Resale is a not-for-profit in Plainfield, Illinois. We started this Upscale Resale Store for many reasons, but the ultimate is to help assist with cost with medical for the hundreds of dogs we rescue every year. We believe we can help pets in need through rescue, adoption, education, spay/neuter, and community support through our Rescue Resale Store. Your tax deductible donation is greatly appreciated!
